The IA Scope Base fits any rifle with a .345" barrel diameter. All Sheridan's and Benjamin's in .22 have that diameter. .177 cal 317 and 347 will not fit. 1989 models and later in all calibers have that diameter so it can be used on ALL Dan & Benjy guns made after 1988.
Since the base clamps to the barrel it can be easily used for mid barrel (Scout set-ups) or it can cantilever back over the breech and allow a rifle scope to have proper eye relief while allowing the user to put the pump loads through the front scope mount and base with no chance of slippage. This is the finest scope mount ever produced for Pump rifles and it's namesake Ingvar Alm has passed now and his mount will always be called the IA in his memory. RIP AG Buddy.
